My yoga journey began during a very cold, snowy winter in my living room with online courses through a local studio. As an endurance athlete, I felt trapped and anxious in this frigid, urban environment. It was then, that I discovered yoga not only satisfied my body’s desire for movement, but began changing my subtle body in amazing ways. When I have left the mat, yoga had called me back. My personal practice promises to ground and guide me through all of life’s challenges. I attended teacher
training out of curiosity and the desire to further develop my personal practice, but in a challenging and humbling way, yoga has called me to teach and spread its beautiful way of healing. My classes are rooted in a strong foundation of asana, incorporating the breath and meditation techniques for full integration of the mind, body, and spirit.
