I found yoga towards the end of my college career, at the point in my life I needed it the most. I attended my first teacher training in 2010 and began teaching in 2011. Over the years both my practice and my teachings continue to evolve as I study and practice this beautiful tradition. My intention for each of my classes is to hold space, to be fully present and to teach others to move and breathe in a mindful way. My classes incorporate breath work, flowing postures and meditation techniques to help reduce stress, increase energy and live a more balanced life. Each class is adapted to the needs of the individual students in attendance and modifications are given as needed. As a yoga instructor I strive to inspire others to live their best lives possible. Come practice with me to learn how to move, to flow, and let go.

Yoga Lunch Break
Give yourself a healthy break half way through the day. Yoga lunch break is a shortened all-levels asana practice. In just45 minutes, you’ll enjoy stretching, moving, and strengthening that will power you up for the rest of the day, without making you so sweaty you can’t go back to the office. Have a little extra time? Stay fifteen more minutes for an extended meditation.
