I was going through a rough time in my life and I really had no idea where to turn. I tried yoga in 2014, and began practicing everyday. After a couple of months I was really feeling the wonderful effects yoga has to offer. This led me to teacher training at Yoga Bird. It has opened the door to so many gifts that I can carry with me for the rest of my life. I would love to share what I have learned with you as I guide you through a yoga practice. No matter where you are in your practice, I think you are perfect.

Kimberly York instructs the following:
  • Candlelight Slow Flow
  • Slow down your yoga practice by lengthening, deepening and following the breath. Learn how to incorporate mindfulness into each movement as you begin to awaken your nervous system and allow it to create peace and calmness. Students are encouraged to move with their breath to gain a deeper, more tranquil access to each pose. Great for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
