In 1996 I found myself on a yoga mat for the very first time. As my life’s journey unfolded over the last twenty years I’ve left my mat quite a few times. Those times off my mat left me restless and unfocused and each time coming back to the mat allowed for balance and inner peace. As a massage therapist and Reiki master my journey has been full. My life’s work incorporates both the physical and spiritual, loving all things that bring us closer to the Divine. I love that yoga allows for both of these at a much deeper, more profound and personal level. I am grateful that my move to South West Florida has brought my yoga practice to my daily life. My intention is to practice yoga with anyone who is willing to join me in this deeply healing path that brings together all the powerful elements of body, mind and spirit both on and off the mat.

  • All Levels Yoga
  • All Levels Yoga invites you to work with your body and breath however it shows up on a given day. Your instructor will offer various options with most poses so you can explore and learn more on days when you feel energetic or stay with the fundamentals on days when you need the stability. All Levels classes may be suitable for beginners, but if you’re brand new, you may spend some time observing some poses or taking more rest. All Levels is a great place to learn more about the poses and practices and how to use them to help you meet your goals in body and mind.

  • Gentle and Restorative
  • Relieve the effects of chronic stress in this uplifting class. Use gentle movement and breath awareness to prepare for restorative poses. Supporting the body with props you will learn how to create the conditions for total relaxation, letting go of tension in the body and mind. Each class is sequenced in a way that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, enlivened, and ready to move into the rest of your day with ease.

  • Reiki Group Practice and Sharing
  • Calling all who want to practice Reiki! Whether you are practicing or have practiced in the past, we want to help you share this amazing healing modality. Enhance your skills and build confidence in this fun and guided hands-on class. Working together we will reignite your passion for Reiki, have some fun, but most of all leave with a renewed sense of purpose for using this beautiful light filled energy modality with others. If you aren’t Reiki attuned but want to feel the gentle effects of this light energy please come join us. All are welcome!

  • Chair Yoga
  • Enjoy the benefits of yoga without getting up and down from the floor. In chair yoga, students practice poses while seated in a chair or using the chair for assistance in some standing poses. Those with chronic conditions or less mobility or anyone looking for gradual and gentle ways to increase his or her range of motion can experience benefits from this practice. Join people of all ages, levels, and physical conditions in this fun, supportive class.

  • Learn to Practice Reiki: Level 1 Attunement
  • Join Ann for Reiki Level I. This day long class will give you an immersion into Reiki, its history and origins. We will learn about the practice of Reiki, its ideals, benefits and ethical practice. With Level I Attunement we learn to practice on ourselves first to gain a better understanding of this ancient healing practice. Ann is mastered in both Usui and White Light Reiki and will be teaching a blend of both traditions. It is advisable to get a good night’s rest before Reiki Level I Attunement. Eating lightly and abstaining from alcohol and recreational drugs will allow the mind to be clear and open for the day’s activities.

  • Deep Relaxation
  • Suitable for all levels this class will focus on slowly stretching and preparing the body for relaxation and rest. The class begins with slow, gentle stretching with a therapeutic focus followed by restorative poses and Yoga Nidra meditation. Whether you are recovering from illness, under stress, or just need a gentle compliment to your practice, this class will meet you where you are and help you to feel rejuvenated.

  • Yoga 101 Workshop
  • Learn the basics of how to practice yoga, so you can begin to enjoy yoga classes or a home practice. This two hour class will be a mix of learning and movement. Move at your own pace according to your intention and fitness level. Prepare to have fun and discover the amazing benefits of yoga in an easygoing, relaxed setting with other beginners.

  • Yoga 1
  • This well-rounded practice is great for beginners and experienced yogis. Each class will include stretching and essential yoga poses. Classes include clear explanation of the poses and suggestions for how to modify them for your abilities and goals. Yoga 1 allows you to work at an individualized pace to become stronger and more flexible and to improve balance. Beginners will love the pace and explanation, while experienced yogis will have the opportunity to refine and deepen what they have practiced.
