I began yoga as a method of stress relief. Through my practice, I have learned to tune-in and be more present in all aspects of life. I quickly became fascinated by the practice and the tradition, then soon decided that I wanted to share the gift of yoga and all the joy that it has brought to my life. My goal is to create a fun and safe environment for students to explore postures and tune in to their mind, body and spirit while knowing that they are perfect, just the way that they are.

All Levels Yoga
All Levels Yoga invites you to work with your body and breath however it shows up on a given day. Your instructor will offer various options with most poses so you can explore and learn more on days when you feel energetic or stay with the fundamentals on days when you need the stability. All Levels classes may be suitable for beginners, but if you’re brand new, you may spend some time observing some poses or taking more rest. All Levels is a great place to learn more about the poses and practices and how to use them to help you meet your goals in body and mind.
Enjoy the benefits of yoga without getting up and down from the floor. In chair yoga, students practice poses while seated in a chair or using the chair for assistance in some standing poses. Those with chronic conditions or less mobility or anyone looking for gradual and gentle ways to increase his or her range of motion can experience benefits from this practice.
