We are thrilled to announce our new study and teaching program. Take as many or as few segments as you wish. If you successfully complete all three, you will be certified as a yoga teacher and will be eligible for Yoga Alliance 200 hour registration.
Segments will repeat twice each year, and you will have two years to complete the whole program if you wish to become certified.
Each segment is $1,100 (Register by July 22nd for early bird price of $1,000) and includes 64 contact hours with highly-qualified Yoga Bird teachers. There is a $200 deposit to reserve a spot.

Living Yoga - The Purpose and Power of Asana with Anna Withrow Next held on Tue, Aug 29, 2017 at 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Study and practice in a small group and explore energy, philosophy, and advanced techniques, with an emphasis on moving yoga off the mat and thriving in daily life. Each 90 minute session will include discussion, asana, pranayama, and meditation. Each week will include suggested readings and guidelines for personal practice. You will also receive support and guidance and a chance to share with the group between sessions.

Six week sessions $150

Suggested at least 6 months of yoga practice. Desire to commit to study and practice.

Class limited to twelve students.
