Whether you're a total novice or have been practicing for years, Yoga Bird's All Levels Yoga class has something beautiful to offer.

Basic poses can be modified to meet the needs and goals of students of any skill or comfort. Depending on your abilities and aspirations, poses can be modified to be gentler, amplified to be more challenging, or just adjusted slightly to be a better fit for your body. Beginning students will have a chance to try poses at a pace and level that is comfortable, with options to modify the pose to be more achievable.

Advanced students will find the poses allow them to achieve their own goals for the practice, whether it is to have a relaxing flow, a challenging flow, or something in-between. No matter what type of student you are, this class helps students learn to align the body in a way that builds strength and improves flexibility over time.

All Levels Yoga includes many different options for different goals of students.

The instructor might give an option that focuses on stretching and students can choose to deepen the pose to achieve a more challenging practice. Or instructors might offer a more strength-intensive option, and students are free to choose the poses that they want. Although some students may want to increase the challenge in class, students are encouraged to rest when they need to rest. All levels yoga class offers a nice balance of standing poses, along with some twisting movements, folding movements, and other poses.

Enjoy a deeply relaxing savasana at the end of class as well, so students have a chance to internalize their practice and quiet their minds.

You'll want to arrive to at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the class. This will give you plenty of time to sign in, find a comfortable spot, and begin to ready your body and mind for your experience.
